Breeding Manager Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refund Conditions

Full 100% refunds will only be approved when both of the following two requirements are satisfied:

• Your payment order was created within the past 14 calendar days;
• You have NOT activated the paid license inside the PWA.

Once you complete license activation to unlock unlimited features, all refund rights will be permanently voided with no exceptions.

2. Payment Processing Provider

All payments and refunds are processed through Creem third-party checkout platform. We do not store your payment card data on our servers.

3. Refund Application Steps

• Send an email to support@euroaus.com with your full Creem order ID;
• State your refund request clearly in the email subject line;
• Allow 3–5 business days for review and fund return to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• 14 days have passed since purchase date;
• License activation completed;
• You request refunds for personal business changes, device switching, or accidental purchases after activation.
