Breeding Manager Terms of Service

1. License & Usage

Each Breeding Manager PWA is licensed for personal and commercial use by the purchaser. You may install and use the PWA on your personal devices and share the tool within your organisation. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the source code is prohibited.

2. Payment & Refund

One-time license price: $7.77 USD per tool. Payments are processed via Creem. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the license has not been activated. Once activated, no refunds will be issued.

3. 7-Day Free Trial

• New users receive full feature access for 7 calendar days without payment.
• After trial expiration, save and export functions will be locked; you may only view existing records until license activation.
• No automatic recurring charges will be applied to your payment method.

4. Version Policy

Your purchase grants access to the current major version (v1.x) including minor updates and bug fixes. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may require a separate discounted purchase for existing users.

5. Data Backup & Liability

All data is stored locally on your device. We are not liable for data loss caused by browser cache clearing, device damage, accidental deletion, or system failure. You must regularly export backup files to preserve records.
